Our customers count on us to get it right every time. Tracking our performance through each step of every transaction gives us insight into the training needs of our employees and the information necessary to streamline processes and reduce or eliminate the possibility of errors. Our goal for on-time, in-full deliveries is 99.6% – and we consistently beat it. That means we allow ourselves only four mistakes in every thousand orders!

The quality of our service is an important component to our total offering, but it wouldn’t be enough without top-performing, quality products to accompany it.

We seek out the highest-performing products available from leading manufacturers in the forest products industry. To assure that our customers can count on predictable performance, all of our products have been manufactured in accordance with industry standards and specifications and are third-party tested by leading quality assurance organizations, including, APA-The Engineered Wood Association and PFS-Teco. Furthermore, all of our engineered wood manufacturers have made strong commitments to be environmentally responsible.

Safety

To assist in providing a safe and healthful work environment for employees, customers, and visitors, Eastern Engineered Wood Products has established a workplace safety program. This program is a top priority at the Company.

We provide information to employees about workplace safety and health issues through regular internal communication channels. These may include supervisor-employee meetings, bulletin board postings, memos, or other written communications.

Employees and supervisors receive periodic workplace safety training. The training covers potential safety and health hazards as well as safe work practices and procedures to eliminate or minimize hazards.
