EEWP Service Area MapEastern Engineered Wood Products announces a new Distribution Center in the Anderson, SC area.  The new site is located adjacent to Interstate 85 in Pelzer, SC. and will expand the Company’s delivery footprint from Southern New England well into the Southeast US.  The location will service lumber dealers and component manufacturers in North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee.

Similar to the model for its Distribution Centers in Bethlehem, PA and Keysville, VA, the new location will be dedicated exclusively to the sale of Engineered Wood Products (EWP).  Eastern’s commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience ensures that customers can expect accurate, on-time delivery of pieces, job packs, or truckloads in one to two days.

“We’ve recognized for some time now that our high-service model would be well suited for customers in this market,” states Todd Lindsey, President of Eastern Engineered Wood Products. “We are excited about the opportunity to introduce our unique value proposition in this new territory and to simplify what customers often consider one of their most complex product offerings.”

Eastern Engineered Wood Products incorporated in Pennsylvania in 1998.  The company distributes structural floor and roof systems to the professional contractor trade through a network of retail lumber yards and truss manufacturers.  More can be learned from the company website at www.eewp.com.

Eastern Engineered Wood Products is an example of what a great distributor partner in the building materials industry is. They provide courteous, accurate, and prompt service in an environment that can seem fast-paced, unruly and disorganized at times. They make my job easier by helping me get the materials we need for our customer, quickly and with a high level of accuracy from order entry to delivery.
